Elpis for African Mission and Development, an example of hope shining from Ethiopia to all corners of Africa and beyond was founded in 2022, which is faith-based non-profit organization, is on a mission to empower Africans to be the glimmer of hope that our continent so desperately craves. Our core values of Christ-centeredness, integrity, excellence, quality, collaboration, and networking guide us as we strive to make a positive impact in our communities.

The Elpis for African Mission and Development Youth Leadership Team mission is to awaken and equip young Africans to be change agents through leadership and mission trainings, discipleship programs, and community development projects.

Grounded in our core values of Christ-centeredness, integrity, excellence, quality, collaboration, and networking, the Youth Leadership Team is committed to nurturing and empowering young individuals with the knowledge and love of Christ. Through workshops, seminars, and the annual youth summit, we provide a platform for young people to grow in their faith, develop leadership skills, and connect with like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The annual youth summit organized by the Elpis Youth Leadership Team is a pivotal event that shapes the future of Christian youth leadership in Africa. Youth summit is one of the opportunity for young leaders to connect with experienced mentors and leaders in the field. Through mentorship sessions and networking opportunities, participants gain valuable insights, guidance, and support to lead with integrity and faith. The summit cultivates a generation of passionate and knowledgeable young Christian leaders who are equipped to bring hope, inspiration, and positive change to the African mission and development landscape.
